The terms and conditions govern the use of the online services (“Online Services”) and materials available or for sale therein (“Materials”) provided by www.logisticsreports.com, a service of Stroper UG (“Stroper”). 


By continuing to access, link to, or use the Online Services, and by buying the Materials available therein, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms “you” and “your” in uppercase or lowercase shall mean the entity (e.g. individual, company, corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, etc.) or government agency entering into an agreement with Stroper. 


These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, based on the discretion of Stroper UG, the most current of which are readily available on our website www.logisticsreports.com.

Stroper holds all the rights to change, modify, or discontinue any of its Online Services or Materials with or without prior notice. We shall provide our products in the following standardized data formats: PowerPoint or PDF. 


We have taken care to describe and show our Online Services and Materials as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. We provide you with product information on www.logisticsreports.com. 6. Payment

All prices for orders of our Online Services or Materials are those which are displayed on www.logisticsreports.com. All prices are net and without transportation costs, if applicable. Value Added Tax, if applicable, at the statutory rate shall be added to all fees payable hereunder.

At Stroper, we request your approval to process payment through third-party gateways. All payments are processed on behalf of Stroper. Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on www.logisticsreports.com. Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.


7. Grant of rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use Materials made available to you. 


8. Liability


If any of Stroper’s Materials or Online Services, or information included therein, lead to monetary or statuary loss or damage to you, we do not stand accountable.


9. Warranty


We do not offer any kind of warranty or guarantee for our Online Services or Materials.


10. Refund and cancellation


Stroper does not provide any refund or cancellation after the usage or purchase of any of our Online Services or Materials. 


11. Trademarks


All our service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, in our Online Services and Materials are proprietary of their respective owners and protected under the trademark and copyright law.


12. Governing law and jurisdiction


Governing law is German law under exclusion of the CISG. All disputes arising from or in connection with any Contract between the Parties shall exclusively be resolved through the courts of Germany.


13. Validity


If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
