Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on www.logisticsreports.com. Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

8. Liability
If any of Stroper’s Materials or Online Services, or information included therein, lead to monetary or statuary loss or damage to you, we do not stand accountable.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
